Job Overview
Responsible for test definition, execution, and certification of Radio Access Network (RAN) platforms/software releases enterprise-wide.
Responsibilities:
Strong focus on providing solutions and engineering best practices to local market and external engineering organizations.
Responsible for a variety of activities related to field testing.
Responsible for remote network integration and managing network acceptance and changes to the network with low impact on service quality.
Generate acceptance reports as per customer standards and perform the task with minimal disruption to customer service.
Requires strong communication skills both verbally and written, ability to work in cross-organizational team environment.
Remains current with industry trends and technologies.
Monitors network performance during field testing and provides recommendations for improvements.
Essential Qualification and Skills:
Master or Bachelor’s degree in EC, Telecommunication with the aggregate of 60% or above at all levels of education
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
Working Condition:
Flexible to weekends and be ready to work in night shift.
