Job Overview
Job Responsibility:
The person will be working as an Executive Assistant to the Chairman & Business Analyst.
• Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking for company’s operations.
• Analyse financial data – and create financial models for decision support for existing businesses and New Business Initiatives (Bids/Tenders).
• Reporting on financial performance and preparation for regular leadership reviews.
• Analyse past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements for cost saving & operational effectiveness.
• Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and decision support.
• Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analysing actual cost incurred with plans, forecasts & estimates.
• Guide cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures.
• Recommend actions by analysing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses;
study proposed changes in methods and materials.
• Identifying and driving process improvements, including the creation of standard and adhoc reports, tools and Excel dashboards.
• Increases productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools.
• Market research, data mining and business intelligence to recommend new business models, cost analysis and effectiveness.
• Strong financial analysis foundation creating forecasts and models.
• Knowledge of advanced excel is required, experience with other data analysis tools is preferred.
• Mathematical skills to initiate, review and generate graphs, numeric data as well as statistics.
• Collecting information by engaging in dialogue with staff, reviewing databases and reading reports.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive information.
• Perform daily, weekly and monthly analysis of current processes and businesses using operational metrics and reports.
• Understand and communicate the financial and operational impact of changes to scope & schedule.
• Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issue.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents.
• Design and maintain databases like contact List, Travel Itinerary etc.
• File and retrieve documents and reference materials
• Conduct research, collect and analyse data to prepare reports and documents
• Manage and maintain Chairman’s schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
• Arrange and coordinate meetings and events
• Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
• Receive and interact with incoming visitors
• Liaise with internal staff at all levels
• Interact with external clients
• Co-ordinate with CXOs’ for project-based work
• Provide general administrative support.
Education and Experience:
• MBA- Finance from reputed Business School
• 2-3 years of relevant experience as Executive Assistant & Business Analyst

Working Conditions:
