Job Overview

Role Description 
Assessing documentation sufficiency, preparing process documentation, planning audit rollout program, planning & conducting internal audits (readiness for ISO 9001), training internal quality auditors, ensuring stakeholder involvement for the closure of all audit findings, managing external audits.
Responsible for preparation & implementation of audit plans for the organization & group operating companies
Conduct internal quality audits as a pre-ISO audit readiness check & for comprehensive business risk assessment
Assist in structuring / restructuring the internal control systems & procedures
Assist in finalizing & presenting the internal audit reports to Leadership Team
Track & close all NCs / observations within the function / organization
Train & certify internal pool of quality auditors across geographies
Prepare internal audit dashboard
Plan & conduct ISO 9001 management reviews with Leadership

Technical SkillsEssential 
Thorough understanding of ISO 9001 standards & framework
Experience in developing policies & ISO documentation
Experience in developing audit programs
Experience in conducting internal audits
Experience in managing external audits
Certified ISO 9001 Auditor

Preferred candidate profile
Prior Experience Essential
3 to 5 years experience as QMS Auditor involving ISO Audits & Risk Audits
Served as Management Representative for external ISO Auditors
Managed external ISO audits
