Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop reliable and efficient frontend code with Javascript frameworks
• Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable and reliable java code
• Strong problem-solving capability.
• Analyse business issues and technical problems independently, and come up with smart, logical solutions.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality and responsiveness of the applications/products.
Knowledge and Skills:
• Graduate(BE/B.Tech)/ Masters(MCA/M.Tech) in Computer Science or equivalent from a premier institute with 3+ years’(Software Engineer)/ 5+ years’ (Senior Software Engineer) hands-on software development experience
• Proficient in HTML 5, JQuery, Angular JS and CSS 3
• Hands-on experience with D3.js is a plus
• Expert in Spring Framework, Spring MVC, Hibernate, JDBC and Web Services using REST/SOAP API’s
• Working knowledge in Core Java and OOPS concepts
• Hands-on experience in coding and debugging Java EE applications
• Hands-on experience with MySQL/SQL Server in writing and optimizing queries
• Familiarity with build tools such as Maven and Gradle
• Experience in working with ETL tools like Talend is a plus
• Experience in creating reports using Aspose/POI plugins is a plus
• Working knowledge of configuration, deploying and debugging Apache/Tomcat servers.
• Ability to quickly learn and stay current with new technologies.
• Ability to work in a high-paced dynamic environment with broad level requirements, deadlines, pressures etc.
• Prior product development experience is a plus
• Exposure to working on high volume data driven applications will be a plus.
• Team player with an inclusive approach to decision making.
• Experience with Agile methodologies like Scrum and Test Driven Development is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill
