Technical Project Manager (IT)

Job Overview

What do we expect from you?

 Manage End to End Delivery of Requirements from Banking/MFI clients.

 Collaborate with Client IT and Business teams to discuss/specify requirements, priorities, schedules,

deviations.

 Facilitate convergence of functional and technical knowledge and build project teams.

 Liaise between Development, QA and Product teams to coordinate day-to-day execution as per plan.

 Support teams to resolve dependencies.

 Manage project risks, highlight scope changes and other unplanned events.

 Manage releases to clients and ensure support to resolve testing issues for go-live and immediate post-go-live issues.

 Manage escalations and manage work under tight deadlines.

What do you need to know?

 Must have managed teams of size 8+ members.

 Good knowledge in Banking domain, especially in Loans (LOS/LMS).

 Experience in Agile methodology.

 Strong in written & oral communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

What we’d also like :

 Total work experience of 10 – 15 years

 Domain expertise in Financial Services, Retail Banking or Payments

 Hands-on experience of Microservices, Containers and such

 Performance tuning & infrastructure sizing

 Hands-on experience in setting up and configuring infrastructure on the Cloud

 Experience with CI/CD with Agile frameworks
